On Hiatus

HI Malini,

Being a travel & hiking freak myself but never could live up to my dreams of traveling & hiking because of so many limitations in my life, I'm glad to know someone like you who took off from routine lifestyle and went on a world trip and conquered your dreams. I've been following your blog for a long time now (after coming to know about your website & blog from Rajitha) and followed almost all of your entries (from your last day at work and caltrain commute to Belmont and from there to Japan, SouthKorea, China, Laos etc places) and enjoyed your pics and really admired your eloquenent writing skills in describing every detail of the place you visited. Today while working as usual on our GAPEU conversion project in the bunker (Casablanca conference room) and when Peddi brought up your name I realized I did not do enough justice (unlike Ramesh and few others) by not commenting on your blog after enjoying the free ride around the world you and V gave me. I hope you guys have relaxed during your break after a long travel and enjoying the cool monsoon weather in Madhurai.
